Job Description

Join abusy and friendly Property Litigation team in Norwich that prides itself on its collaborative and supportive culture

Solicitor/ Associate Property Litigation Norwich with Hybrid working

Client
A successful supportive and expanding UK law firm

Role
Dealingwith a broad range of clients including private individuals landlords tenants and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial residential and agricultural land.
Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases
Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
Advising on private nuisance and trespass

You
24PQE in Property Litigation
Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
Excellent client relationship skills
Strong commercial acumen
