As the barista you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. Youll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Always treats guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations.
• Displays honesty & integrity.
• Is an inspirational example able to motivate team members to be consistently engaged in serving. others always looking for that opportunity.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Greeting guests with a smile and a positive and kind attitude.
• Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu.
• Prepare customers orders as requested accurately and efficiently.
• Ring guest check correctly. Close the check to the proper method of payment (i.e. cash credit card or house charge).
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area.
• Performing opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality.
• Assisting with storage stocking and maintenance of all products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in caf or restaurant costumer service environment.
• Knowledgeable operating a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures.

Hopeful street artists come from near and far to tag their names on the walls of Wynwood; to stand alongside some of the worlds bestknown street artists. The surrounding streets of Wynwood feature warehouses that have been converted to art galleries restaurants latenight bars artisan shops and boutique clothing stores. Just 20 minutes from South Beach Wynwood offers the ideal Miami urban escape.

Launching its fifth hotel in the portfolio Arlo continues to break ground literally and figuratively with the first hotel in the Wynwood district. The 217room property located at 2217 NW Miami Courtopened in November 2022. The hotel consists of 9 floors including a Penthouse suite a spectacular rooftop pool withan outdoor bar lounge chairs and four cabanas serving 360 views. The ground floor consists of a lobby lounge retail shelves grab and go bodega as well as fullserviced counter lobby bar and restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating. There will bea separate entertainment area located on the northeast side of the property. The 3rd floor plays host to an outdoor courtyard with a bar and beer garden a gallery space that concerts into two flex spaces a game room which can be converted into a private room interior bar with lounge spaces a fitness rom exterior yoga deck and a hospitality suite.

To bring the art vibes of Wynwood to the property Arlo Wynwood will have interior artwork in collaboration with Indie Walls (an art curator of new and upcoming local artists) and an exterior faade which will feature graffiti and artwork by local Miamibased artists.
