Barista

Imperial Moto in Miami FL is looking for one barista to join our strong team. We are located on 7299 Nw 2nd Ave.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

An Imperial Cafe barista has customer service as a priority but is responsible for generating an excellent welcoming climate for the work team and their coworkers. We always focus on delivering high-quality coffee and food to our customers and answering their questions about our products. One of the responsibilities of the barista is:

• Welcoming customers informing them about specials or new items answering questions and accepting orders and payments.
• Calibrate the coffee and test it before starting to use the machine.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas emptying trash and sanitizing and washing equipment and utensils (Coffee machine).
• Learn about brewing methods beverage blends food preparation and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• In charge of the coffee machine.
• Work as part of a fun high-energy team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a barista
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
