Job Description
Store Manager/Duty Manager
Our client is in search of a motivated and experienced Store Manager/Duty Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of their store at Omaha Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service leading a dynamic team and contributing to the stores strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase products negotiate deals with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Lead train and motivate a team to achieve store goals.
- Manage stock levels orders and stocktakes efficiently.
- Strategically plan for business growth and development.
- Oversee daily cash reconciliations petty cash management and banking processes.
- Execute and manage store merchandising to attract customers.
- Enforce company policies and procedures among staff.
- Maintain security controls for cash keys alarms and stock.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store is wellpresented and encourage repeat business.
- Manage liquor licensing requirements and adhere to regulations.

- Previous experience in food retail is essential.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
