Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers gathering requirements and ensuring alignment.
- Oversee project progress identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.
- Implement and promote best practices in web development including unit testing frameworks.
Skills
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Angular React .NET Core Web API Azure services microservices SQL and NoSQL.
- Unit Testing: Strong experience with unit testing frameworks and best practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills logical thinking energetic and proactive.
Experience: 10 years in software development with 3 years in a technical lead role
