Job Description
Core Requirements
- Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple projects while ensuring highquality ontime and budgetconscious delivery.
- Experience managing an internal team of highperforming engineering professionals.
- Ability to oversee and deliver soft deliverables (reports design documents etc..
- Drive for continuous selfimprovement and growth into senior management roles.
- Ability to track scope schedule and budget understanding concepts like complete revenue forecasting and accrual accounting.
- Detailoriented diligent and hardworking.
- Proven experience in consistent internal project reporting to upper management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients project managers and technical teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current Covid and Flu Vaccination may be required per client contract requirements.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS).
- Understanding of commercial building HVAC infrastructure (chillers boilers air handling units etc..
- Knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd NYSERDA NJ SmartStart).
- Experience with Energy Project Finance and Funding Methods.
