Job Description
Reports To:Career & Tech Ed Coordinator
Work Schedule:Grant period only Monday through Thursday (times vary)
Education Required Level:High School diploma or equivalent
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Allow access during the day for CTE students Adult Education Robotics Ivy Tech and Purdue classes
- Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
- Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
- Direct visitors to their destination
- Be able to answer questions about programs
- Assist with mailings
- Report any issues to the administration
- Use of student management system and phone system
- Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
- Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
Salary and Benefits
Payment Type:Hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
