Job Summary
We are looking for a skilledLiability Litigation Claims Adjusterto join our team. As a Claims Adjuster you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating liability claims negotiating settlements and providing excellent customer service to claimants.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze liability claims to determine coverage and liability
- Negotiate settlements and recommend litigation when necessary
- Collaborate with legal counsel experts and other professionals to manage litigation claims
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing a portfolio of claims
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim files in compliance with regulations and company standards
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Liability Litigation Claims Adjuster or similar role
- Strong understanding of insurance policies coverage and liability issues
- Knowledge of legal principles related to liability claims
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $90K$100K (based on experience)
