About the Role
A dynamic legal team is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing cases through all stages of litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters including commercial tort real estate and contract disputes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation from case initiation through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and legal memoranda
- Represent clients in court appearances mediations and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and litigation plans
- Provide responsive client-focused legal support and guidance
- Contribute to team meetings and maintain regular case status updates
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a state bar
- 4 years of experience in civil litigation
- Proficient in legal research writing and courtroom advocacy
- Experience handling matters involving real estate contracts torts or commercial law
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bankruptcy law experience
- Prior clerkship with an appellate or federal court
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Client service mindset and collaborative work ethic

Pay: $100000.00 - $175000.00 per year
