Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Lettings
Location: Bracknell RG12
Salary: OTE: 60k
Position: Permanent
An experienced Lettings Manager is sought for this highly successful awardwinning Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Thames Valley area.
The perfect candidate will have great listings skills the right work ethic a winning attitude and be highly motivated.
You should also have a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means and an understanding of what makes a local independent estate agency so successful.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic articulate ambitious with significant previous experience in residential lettings and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities and delivering a sensational personal service.
You will also be capable of managing and mentoring a lettings team and of getting the best out of people.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Valuations experience beneficial
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
