Job Description
Nite Lines USA is looking for a Dental Assistant to join the team!
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental xrays
Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software
Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems
Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures
Strong understanding of infection control protocols
Ability to perform medical imaging tasks such as panoramic and intraoral xrays
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
Solid understanding of dental assisting techniques and procedures
Knowledge of patient assessment and anatomy

Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: $22.82 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
