RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Head of Compliance & HR to join our clientin Claremont Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee compliance legal and HR functions within a fastpaced financial services environment. Responsibilities
Oversee the full HR function including onboarding regulatory adherence and performance management.
Communicate with external compliance advisors and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Review and produce internal legal documents.
Support the CEO with operational and strategic tasks.
Onboard service providers and conduct due diligence processes.
Ensure compliance with FSCA FIC SARB and banking regulations.
Requirements
Degree/diploma in Law or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services banking fintech and/or crypto.
Strong legal background to manage inhouse legal matters.
Strong operational and managerial experience in HR and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask across HR legal compliance and management functions.
Interest in cryptocurrency and financial services.
Benefits
Salary: R50000 R60000 per month with incentives and additional perks.
