Job Summary:

Jenkins Genesis of Leesburg is seeking a highly motivated and customercentric individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Specialist. This fulltime hourly administrative position is based in Leesburg Florida and offers a great opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in the auto industry. As a Customer Relations Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and building longlasting relationships with our valued clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing attentive and personalized service
Act as a primary point of contact for customers addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding any updates or changes to their service appointments
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Proactively seek out customer feedback and utilize it to improve our services and processes
Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers with their needs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Must be able to work fulltime and have a flexible schedule including weekends
