About the Role
Purpose of the Function
This role bridges businessneeds and technical & nontechnical solutions acting as a liaison betweenstakeholders and the development team. You will translate strategic objectivesinto detailed requirements and functional specifications ensuring alignmentwith business goals. This involves analyzing complex business needs definingmeasurable goals and driving the creation of scalable usercentric solutions. As a quality champion you will also lead QAinitiatives defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy encompassingtest planning and automation while ensuring adherence to industrystandards. You will monitor progress identify process improvements validateproduct readiness and provide actionable insights from testing to supportgotomarket strategies.

Education:
Degree: BE/B.tech (Reputedinstitution)/MBA; Sector specific education is an addon. However equivalentwork experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Requirement/Skills
Relevant certifications inBusiness Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) and Software Testing (e.g. ISTQB) arehighly desirable.
4 plus years of experiencerequired.
Areaspecific knowledge:Knowledge of common citizen problems related to government schemes and theability to translate these problems into solutions using B2C app and Phygital mediums.
This includes understandinguser needs designing userfriendly interfaces and ensuring accessibility fordiverse user groups.
Working knowledge of and atleast 2 years of experience with B2C mobile hybrid app development and testing.This includes familiarity with hybrid app frameworks mobile development.Platforms and mobile testing best practices.
Roles& Responsibilities
Alignment of solutions with business needs: Ensures that technical & nontechnicalsolutions effectively address business requirements and strategic objectives.
Effective communication and collaboration: Ensures clear communication andcollaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
Adherence to industry standards and regulations: Ensures compliance with relevant industrystandards and regulations in testing and solution development.
Quality of deliverables: Ensures the quality of software deliverables through rigorous testingand adherence to quality assurance standards.
Requirements gathering and analysis: Carries out detailed analysis of complexbusiness needs translating them into actionable workflows user storiesscreen designs requirement documents etc. for solution implementation(technical and nontechnical). This includes gathering information and insights on market trends andcustomer needs to ensure solutions are relevant and valuable.
Test planning and : Carries out comprehensive test planningexecution and reporting including functional regression and performancetesting.
Defect tracking and resolution: Carries out systematic tracking andresolution of software defects collaborating with developers to ensure timelyfixes.
Process improvement: Carries out analysis of existing processes and identifies opportunitiesfor improvement in both development and testing workflows.
