You will report into the Service Owner for the Business and Agri Platform within the Lending Practice. Overseeing and guiding the Lending Business & Agri Service team that is structured into multiple crossfunctional squads.
Acting as a scrum master you ensure that team follows the enterprise delivery framework Agile ways of working and values. You will facilitate Agile operating practices including but not limited to delivery planning epic and story decomposition story point estimation backlog refinement sprint planning velocity tracking and resource capacity planning.

What youll bring to the role
You will have working knowledge of Service Delivery and Service Support disciplines as defined under ITIL and have a proven track record in maturing a service management team. You will be able to manage service partner relationships and service contracts to agreed SLAs. Leadership or management experience or have been a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager or similar role is preferred.
