We are seeking a personable bright fulltime Appointment Setter to assist our agent withgenerating outbound leads and setting appointments.
This entrylevel position will work with customers to access their Medicare needs and then setappointments for the customers to speak to a licensed insurance advisor that will complete theenrollment. A successful candidate needs to have a cando attitude able to overcomeobjections communicate effectively via phone. We will provide training and ongoing support toensure your success.
This an integral part of our Sales Team. In addition to working with the Sales team there may besome light duties on the Customer Service Team.
Bonus: There is a SignOn bonus payable after satisfactory performance of 90 days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling phone calls and email requests from customers regarding scheduling appointments and general questions.
Making Outbound calls.
Will be making 100 calls daily.
Will be getting referrals from clients and potential clients.
Must be a salesperson at heart.
Must be willing to sell on the phone.
Support the Medicare Sales team.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Deliver superior customer service in a highly ethical and professional manner
Data entry & Admin Support.
Identify new revenue opportunities.
Must be able to work some weekends (Saturday) when necessary.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma.
2 years of experience in Customer Service
At least one year of Outbound Sales Calling experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Strong computer internet research skills and social media skills
Personable bring great energy
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to work well with all levels of management internal staff as well as outside
customers and vendors
Sensitivity to confidential matters
