Job Description
Role : Denodo Lead Developer
Location : Houston TX (Onsite Mandate)
Term : C2C/W2 role
Job Description :
- Lead the design and development of data virtualization solutions leveraging the Denodo Platform adhering to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts data architects and other stakeholders to understand and translate data requirements into effective data virtualization solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex VQL queries and data services (REST/SOAP) to integrate data from diverse sources such as databases flat files web services and cloud platforms.
- Design and develop robust data models including base views derived views and interface views ensuring they meet business needs and data governance policies.
- Implement data security measures access controls and perform performance tuning to ensure the efficiency and scalability of Denodo solutions.
- Oversee and participate in the development of ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation when necessary.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to junior Denodo developers fostering their growth and development.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects adhering to quality standards and best practices in an agile environment.
- Document data sources mappings transformations architectural designs and implementation procedures effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with Denodo platform updates new features and industry best practices continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment of data strategies and seamless integration.
