Under direct supervision from fulltime Operations supervisors Operations Staff perform event setup tear down and general labor as assigned.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.

NOW Arena is an 11800seat multipurpose family entertainment cultural and sports center. Seating capacity for the arena ranges fromfor theater shows; 9400 for football hockey lacrosse and soccer games; 10000 for basketball games and 11800 for concerts. Since 2016 the arena has been home to the Windy City Bulls the Chicago Bulls affiliate in the NBA

• Perform general labor as assigned
• Setup and breakdown of chairs tables other event seating stages ice rink etc.
• Setup & breakdown of tables and chairs per client request throughout arena
• Event chair sets & breakdowns
• Stage setup & breakdown for events
• Day of event assignments include: Pipe and drape setup bike rack setup stage barricade setup stage skirting stage railing setup & removal event chair seat & row numbering and other dayofevent items as assigned
• Furniture setup & breakdown per client requests throughout arena
• Follow all changeover policies and procedures
• Assist in the organization of building warehouses and offices
• Work events when directed
• Responsible for the storage and inventory control of all changeover tools and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work flexible schedule based on events including nights weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to follow basic instruction and direction
• Ability to perform general labor; heavy lifting is required
• Capable of operating forklifts sweepers or other operational equipment
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to function in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Capable of physical tasks for short periods of time
