Do you want to be part of our Customer Service Team Are you associated with people and their needs
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Consultant with a motivation and passion for supporting our clients.
Your challenges
Working with both B2C and B2B clients through emails customer calls visits etc.
Creating price offers and orders
Providing after sales service coordinating service requests and advising customers
Working with and updating relevant databases and product information (CRM SAP etc.
Supporting colleagues from other departments especially sales and marketing teams
Coordinating VELUX accessories sales
Acting as a VELUX ambassador sharing the company values and culture
Office administration
Your qualifications
Min. 23 years of customer service experience
Customer orientation commitment ability to learn friendly attitude
Selforganizational skills the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills
Good MS Office skills
Fluency in Latvian and good English (min. B2 level)
Good knowledge of Russian considered as an advantage
Good knowledge of SAP considered as an advantage
