What were looking for
As the Senior Manager Product Design youll lead a team of designers to shape and deliver elegant product solutions for our SaaS platform. This is a handsonplayercoach role where you will not only lead and mentor your team but also dive into design when necessary. You will bring strong leadership strategic vision and a keen eye for design details ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive visually compelling and effective solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our business.
What youll be working on
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead mentor and grow a highperforming team of product designers helping them develop their skills careers and confidence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity ensuring your team is always learning and pushing boundaries.
- PlayerCoach Role: Be actively involved in handson design work collaborating with your team to solve complex design challenges create prototypes and ensure design quality. Provide guidance and feedback on designs making sure they align with both user and business goals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are wellintegrated with the development process. Be the voice of design in crossfunctional teams advocating for user needs and design excellence.
- Design Strategy & : Lead the design strategy for complex B2B2C SaaS platform ensuring that designs are usercentered scalable and aligned with business objectives. Oversee the creation of intuitive cohesive design solutions that solve real user problems.
- Design System Fluency: Lead team to design with a designsystem first mindset advocating for design system adoption and influencing the design systems evolution
- DataDriven Design: Use data and analytics to drive design decisions ensuring that product designs are optimized for performance usability and user satisfaction. Lead your team in validating design solutions through data user testing and feedback.

- Experience: 1015 years of experience in product design with 58 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
- Platform Expertise: Experience leading product design for complex B2B2C SaaS platforms with a strong understanding of both business and customer needs.
- HandsOn Design: Proficiency in UX/UI design with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver elegant usercentered designs for complex platforms.
- Design System: Experience effectively leveraging design systems as a part of the design process and advancing the system as part of a contribution model
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product engineering and other teams to bring design solutions to life and ensure they align with both user needs and business objectives.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Experience leveraging data analytics and user feedback to make informed design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Responsive web: Experience designing experiences that are responsive across multiple device types and viewport sizes
- Experience designing for products with AI and API integrations
