Job Description
- Verify the quality of materials upon delivery and ensure they meet project standards
- Perform regular inspections throughout the construction process
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests
- Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee the implementation of corrective actions
- Submit daily updates on construction quality control reports in the ACC platform
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations environmental standards contractual agreements and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Collaborate with contractors consultants and site supervisors to ensure high-quality work
- Assist in internal and external audits and walkthroughs
- Review and validate subcontractors quality control practices
- Oversee material testing in third-party labs when necessary
- Assist in snagging and de-snagging activities prior to handover
- Conduct training according to the work schedule
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or a similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes materials and quality standards
- Familiarity with building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work effectively in a team
- Certification in quality control or a related field may be preferred
