Recruit new Agent partners in compliance with agent recruitment guidelines. Drive agent recruitment under Agent partners and ensure timely activation of agents. Facilitate training and development of agents to meet business and compliance requirements. Foster motivation among agents and establish long-term relationships between agents and the company. Qualification : Min Graduation and Above. Experience : Candidate Must Have min 2yrs Experience in Insurance Domain. Candidates must have Local or same district .
