Job Description
Ensure that the organizations Quality Management System confirms to customer internal requirements.
Ensure evaluation of and reporting onCustomer quality requirements for root cause and take relevant corrective measures with R&D
Project leading at supplier end for Controller/PCB Assembly build up from QC perspective
Inprocess and EOL lines issues taking up with relevant department for RCA & corrective measures
Field issues related to controller taking up for RCA & Corrective measures with internal electronics & R&D team as well with supplier as applicbale
Oversee product recalls/Warranty Issue and line rejection
Report to top management on the performance of the QMSwhich shall include the need for improvement.
of new production development with R& D departmentfor Quality requirementfor Inprocess/EOL
Coordinating with R&D departmenttime to time for issues observed during QC checks for its resolution(Not hamperingdispatched schedules)
Continual improvement in Processes for increased efficiency Employee engagement customer satisfactionetc
Reviewing the release DCR (Design change release) for controller from quality standpoint and taking up with R&D for any queries before final release to production
Participate in NPD activities from Quality perspective
