Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to handle highstress situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Schedule appointments meetings and conference rooms
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings
