Job Posting: Call Center Agent (FullTime)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our customeroriented team. The agent will respond to routine telephone inquiries following standard scripts and procedures in a fastpaced call center environment. The role involves performing routine tasks that require a working knowledge of the clients services.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $18 $19.80 for bilingual candidates)
  • Eligible for ActivityBased Compensation after 8 weeks (details provided upon hiring)

Training Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 10:30 AM 5:00 PM CST for two weeks
  • Training duration: Typically 2 to 6 weeks (potential extension by an additional 2 weeks if needed)

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be available for the following hours (one Saturday per month required):

  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM CST
  • Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM CST


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and customer concerns using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Utilize multiple computer applications to gather information and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide timely and appropriate resolution options to callers.
  • Escalate nonroutine inquiries to senior call center representatives as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in training and guiding newly hired staff as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and attendance commitment.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with PCs related software and strong keyboarding skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and direction effectively.
