Groq SmartHands Sourcing - Canada :
Total : 7 Positions ( Kamploops 3 BC Calgary 2 AB Montreal 2 QC)

- 3 engineers needed at the Kamloops location starting 28th July.
- Only 2 engineers needed at each of the remaining locations (Calgary: Start date : 28th July Montreal- Start Date : Aug 11)
- Shift timings will be split into two slots: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
- On-call support will be required during off-hours and on weekends.
- No travel required
- OT charges will be paid
- L1 & L2 will happen through Glider
- Its a non-technical role. Physical- Merchandising kind of role. Manual work involved.
- Rate: $35-40/hr CAD (30-33/hr CAD on T4)
We are looking for hands-on and detail-oriented SmartHands Data Center Engineers to support the physical infrastructure of our data center T
he primary responsibilities include racking stacking cabling and ongoing hardware support. This role is critical to maintaining uptime and ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of IT equipment. Installation & Maintenance
Perform racking and stacking of servers network devices and storage systems.
Execute structured cabling (fiber and copper) according to standards and documentation.
Label route and manage cables to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Assist with hardware replacements upgrades and troubleshooting. Smart Hands Support
Provide physical support for remote teams (e.g. rebooting devices swapping components).
Escort vendors and ensure compliance with site access protocols.
Perform visual inspections and report anomalies (e.g. LED status cable disconnections).
Support inventory management by logging equipment movements and updates.
