Tasks:
Collaborate and provide support to Product and Development teams
Assist in planning business design managing client onboarding and product enhancements/integrations
Record requirements technical approaches and amendments to decisions and actions
Help the team run efficient and wellcommunicated deployments
Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
Conducting research and analysis in support of operations
Assist in operational support of our clients
Researching analysis and testing of product solution and functions
Requirements
About You:
Coordinate with teams required
Understanding Agile / Scrum
Basic exposure/experience using project/product management software tools (JIRA Confluence Team Gantt)
Experience gathering requirements
Great verbal and written communication skills
A selfmanaged individual with excellent organisational skills
Proficient in technical software development vocabulary
Experienced in/understanding of software development testing
Ability to work as part of an outcome driven team
Team focused & outcomes driven
Outofthebox thinker and problemsolver
Adaptable and ability to thrive in fastpaced environments
Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
