Job Description
Seeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York Lancaster Columbia PA area.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility
Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors
Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely
Conduct RCA for defective material and noncompliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions
Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CIs
Desired Education and Experience:
Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation
Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment
