Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-
Inspect products on the production floor using calipers micrometers height gauges pins and other measuring tools
-
Verify products against engineering drawings work orders and process specs
-
Identify and report non-conforming products to production and account managers
-
Make data-driven decisions based on inspection results
-
Input and analyze data using the company ERP system
-
Evaluate returned materials and write clear non-conformance reports
-
Collaborate with engineering estimating and production teams to resolve issues
-
Conduct First Article Final and In-Process Inspections
-
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
-
Verify and issue material test reports
-
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
-
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of dimensional inspection experience preferred
-
At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
-
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
