Description of the role:
The Food and Beverage Director at Madison Beach Hotel will oversee all aspects of the hotels dining and beverage offerings. This role involves strategic planning menu development staff management and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food and beverage strategies
Manage the dining catering and bar areas to meet financial goals
Hire train and supervise staff
Create and update menus based on market trends and guest feedback
Ensure high standards of cleanliness sanitation and safety
Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless guest service
Requirements:
Previous experience in food and beverage management
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
