ABOUT THE MARKETING MANAGER BRAND & DIGITAL ROLE:

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a highly skilled technical marketing teamincluding SEO specialists content strategists paid media experts and performance marketers. This role requires deep expertise in marketing strategy and combined with strong leadership to ensure accountability foster collaboration and drive results.

You will be responsible for keeping the team aligned motivated and focused on delivering datadriven measurable outcomes. You dont need to know every technical detail but you must be able to ask sharp questions interpret performance metrics and push for continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Leadership and Oversight: Guide support and hold accountable a talented technical marketing team ensuring alignment with business goals and clear performance metrics.
  2. Integrated Marketing : Plan and execute crosschannel marketing campaigns (organic paid social email and video) that deliver measurable impact.
  3. Performance Analytics: Regularly review KPIs analyze campaign data and implement datadriven strategies for optimization and growth.
  4. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with creative teams external partners and business stakeholders to align on messaging and .
  5. Innovation and Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies nudging the team to innovate and test new ideas.
  6. Accountability and Results: Ensure highquality and timely delivery while fostering a culture of ownership integrity and curiosity.
  7. Team Development: Mentor team members to grow their skills enabling them to perform at their best in a collaborative environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education: Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5 years leading technical marketing teams (SEO content paid media analytics etc. with a proven record of driving results.
  3. Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance identify opportunities for improvement and implement databacked strategies.
  4. People Leadership: Experience mentoring and managing skilled professionals holding teams accountable and inspiring high performance.
  5. Strong Communication: Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal skills to align teams and deliver on strategic priorities.
  6. Proactive and Curious: Naturally inquisitive and willing to dive deep into marketing performance trends and team challenges.
