Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented SAP Supply Chain Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within the SAP environment. This entrylevel role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or earlycareer professionals to gain handson experience with SAP systems focusing on modules such as MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) and PP (Production Planning). The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain processes strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP System Support:

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP SCM modules (MM SD PP).
  • Support daytoday operations by troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support supply chain decisionmaking.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with supply chain procurement and production teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units translating business needs into technical requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes within SAP.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Training & Documentation:

  • Assist in developing user manuals training materials and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide support and training to endusers as needed.

Education and Experience Profile

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 5 years of experience in SAP or supply chainrelated roles (internships or academic projects with SAP exposure are a plus).

Required Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data and processes to identify improvements.
  • Attention to Detail Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work.
  • Collaboration Working effectively within a team and across departments.
  • Adaptability Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of SAP modules related to Supply Chain (MM SD PP).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in change management and process optimization.
  • SAP certification is highly desirable.
  • SAP S4 HANA Implementation and Support Experience a Plus

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work.
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Pay Range: $78343$114903.

This base salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to to primary work jobrelated knowledge skills experience business requirements and geographic location.
