Description of the role:
As a Sales Business Development Representative at Rhinelander Auto Group you will be the first point of contact for guests inquiring about a vehicle purchase either online or over the phone providing topnotch support and assistance. Wage is $13.00 $16.00 an hour and commissions can be earned on top of that.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests over the phone email and text message on the computer.
- Answering incoming sale inquiries over the computer in a timely matter.
- Provide answers to guest questions about vehicles we offer for sale.
- Scheduling sales appointments for our sales consultants at all 3 of our locations.
- Completing daily tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is s plus
- Strong use of computers and phone skills are a must
- Must be comfortable with communicating via phone
- Demonstrate customer service excellence
- Be selfmotivated and have the ability to work independently and within the team
- Must have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work Saturdays and evenings
