Make a Difference

The Integrated Support Service Tech completes various work orders as assigned. Projects include assorted maintenance and biomed tasks such as electrical maintenance moving objects preventive maintenance delivering equipment and set up for events for the Integrated Services Department. Follows through with commitments including employee health requirements mandatory education and completion of competencies within established timeframes. They demonstrate respect for and cooperation with all persons in performing job duties and responsibilities; maintains courteous complete and confidential communication with all patients visitors coworkers and other guests.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to provide interpersonal skills for frequent communication with patients and visitors communicate with all levels of Hospital personnel and medical staff while troubleshooting or demonstrate equipment operations in a variety of circumstances.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Up to thirty days of onthejob training and experience in order to learn various duties associated with position.
  • Current Indiana Drivers License with valid vehicle insurance required.
  • At least one year experience or on the job training in various duties associated with the position required.
  • Physical ability for almost constant standing bending stooping and walking and for occasional lifting of moderate weights and moving of heavy furniture.
