Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $29.20 to $32.30 per hour tailored to your experience certification and efficiency.
Guarantee: To support stability a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed aligned with 76 flatrate hours.
Red Seal Technicians with Experience Hyundaican elevate their career with our internal Performance Incentive Program your hard work translates into tangible yearly rewards!
Program details are as follows:
- Earn extra $$$$ for work you are already doing!! For each hour you produce $$$$ is put into your own Personal Incentive Bank that accumulates over multiple years with Automatic Annual payments.
Please Note: Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSAapproved respirators; therefore it is a requirement that staff must be cleanshaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
