Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Goodyear AZ 20 miles W of Phoenix)
Urgently hiring

$140k$150k/year

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Goodyear AZ. Our ideal Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner is a team player comfortable working within an integrated setting collaborating with a knowledgeable and wellrespected team of professionals to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing musculoskeletal and joint injections.

Our practice is dedicated to identifying opioidfree pain relief options and tailoring treatment plans to each patient.Our skilled providers work to identify the source of the pain and explore cuttingedge solutions. We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques to free patients from debilitating pain encourage healing and mobility and help regain an active lifestyle. We have a dynamic welleducated team of medical professionals including a physician advance practice provider and amazing support staff.

Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history physical exam review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis treatment options rehab/exercises and various modalities
  • Manage patient care / case management
  • Treatments perform trigger point and joint injections
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner license in AZ
  • Orthopedic Physical Med and Rehab or Pain management background is a plus
  • Experience with joint injections a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate
  • Must have Current DEA #
Schedule:
  • MonFriday with office hours ending early on Friday
  • No nights no weekends and no oncall.
Compensation:
  • $140k$150k per year (DOE)
