Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p

- at least 3 weeks/month

Patient Volume: 16-20; scheduled: 18

Patient Demographics: Adults

Physicians in Practice: 5

Support Staff: 6 APPs RN MA & 4 Office Staffs

% of Practice: 50% Hematology 50% Oncology

Required Procedures:

- OP Hem & Onc & IM

- Participation on a tumor board

- Mgt of VAD/CV catheters

Lab Onsite: Yes

No. of Exam Rooms: 16

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

- Nurse Oncologist will administer the chemotherapy

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WA License or IMLC

BLS
