Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) (f/m/d) to join our growing team at Doinstruct. In this role you will drive revenue by engaging nurturing and closing enterprise accounts 1000 employees). With the support of a dedicated SDR youll own a key market segment converting qualified leads into longterm customers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to have a direct impact on our growth while helping shape our sales strategy and processes.
What Youll Do
Own the Sales Process (from Qualification to Close): Lead discovery calls run product demonstrations handle objections and drive deals to completion.
Enterprise Sales : Build relationships with key stakeholders navigate complex buying processes and secure multiyear agreements.
Collaborate with a Dedicated SDR: Work closely with an SDR who will handle outbound prospecting and lead generation ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Strategic Market Ownership: Take responsibility for a defined segment of the market tailoring outreach and sales strategies for maximum impact.
Process & Team Improvement: Share best practices contribute to refining our sales approach and help elevate the overall team performance.
What Were Looking For
SaaS Sales Expertise: 3 years (ideally 5 of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
Enterprise Sales Success: Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers 1000 headcount) and consistently exceeding quota.
Fluency in German & English: Strong communication skills in both languages; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
Proactive & Strategic Mindset: Ability to take ownership think strategically and navigate complex sales cycles.
