Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our financial services and products working closely with customers to secure the best financing options for their powersports purchases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance excellent customer service skills and a passion for the powersports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the financing process explaining all available financing options.
- Work with lending institutions to obtain the best possible terms and rates for customers.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork ensuring compliance with state federal and lender regulations.
- Manage and submit loan applications reviewing approval criteria and ensuring accurate completion.
- Ensure prompt/timely contract funding.
- Offer and sell additional financial products and services such as extended warranties GAP insurance and other protective products.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to create seamless and positive customer experiences.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of current financing programs lender guidelines and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to financing and sales.
- Register and title all vehicles ensuring customer ownership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a finance manager role preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong understanding of finance lending practices and credit applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
