The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join the Elders Insurance Salesforce Team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Salesforce platform along with its custom solutions. You will also be required to perform essential administrative tasks to ensure the effective management and optimisation of our Salesforce environment.
Your new role
As a Salesforce Developer/Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
Design and implement customised solutions within the Salesforce platform including Flows Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards including proper deployment practices (e.g using Change Sets GitHub Copado Salesforce DX or CI/CD tools)
Perform code reviews debugging and testing to maintain highquality solutions
Manage Salesforce user accounts roles profiles permissions and security settings
Configure standard and custom objects page layouts record types workflows validation rules and automation processes
Conduct regular system health checks including monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders and monitor and solve cases in a timely fashion ensuring user satisfaction
Prepare and maintain documentation related to system architecture configuration and processes.
About you
To be successful in this role you previous experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator and will have handson working knowledge in a similar role. You will have proven experience in participating and completing endtoend Salesforce projects and will have an eagerness to learn and grow in your next role.
You will also have:
Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex Visualforce LWC Flows) and administration
Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Data Loader SOQL Flow Builder etc
Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or a combination of study and related work experience
Excellent problemsolving communication and analytical skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator Certificates
Willingness to ability to perform Administrative duties on a daily basis as required
