Job Description
SEEKING: Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with solid experience in Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud who can lead the design and implementation of scalable high-impact Salesforce solutions. You ll be part of a growing team building a Customer-Centric Platform aimed at delivering seamless cross-service experiences for millions of European users.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud aligned with platform strategy and business goals.
Develop robust Apex classes triggers and asynchronous processes for complex business logic.
Build dynamic user-focused Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leverage Salesforce Design System (SLDS) for consistent UX.
Create and optimize Flows and Orchestrator-based automations to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure platform stability and scalability through rigorous unit testing code reviews and CI/CD alignment.
Collaborate closely with product owners architects and other developers using a Kanban methodology for continuous delivery.
Act as a technical advisor in stakeholder meetings helping translate business needs into long-term Salesforce architecture decisions.
Proactively stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases exploring ways to integrate new features or retire custom code.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
Solid experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Advanced skills in Apex LWC SOQL/SOSL and Flow automation.
Strong understanding of integration patterns security models and multi-org environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Kanban workflows DevOps pipelines and version control best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE :
Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant are a plus.
STUDIES :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

English- (B2/C1)
