Job Description
Marketing Manager
Join a premier construction firm as a Marketing Manager where you will lead a talented marketing team and drive the development of strategic proposals and presentations that win projects and wow clients. Collaborating closely with executive leadership this role offers the opportunity to unleash creativity innovation and strategic thinking to contribute to the companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead train and mentor a marketing team focused on strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage plans with business development and operational leaders ensuring compliance and quality.
- Oversee proposal and presentation development critically editing content for clarity and impact.
- Ensure marketing materials project lists and resumes are updated and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate on processes and strategies to improve quality and efficiency in deliverables.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of A/E/C industry experience with a bachelors degree.
- Proven success in proposal development and team management.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Photoshop Illustrator and Keynote.
- Exceptional communication organizational and persuasive writing skills.
- Detailoriented innovative and thrives under pressure while meeting deadlines.
