Our client is seeking an experiencedStrata Managerto join their dynamic team in Edgecliff. This is a fantastic opportunity for agogetterwho thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
As a Strata Manager youll take ownership of adiverse portfoliowhile providing expert advice and exceptional service to owners committees and stakeholders. Our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground runningsomeone confident proactive and solutionsfocused.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and mixeduse strata schemes
- Conduct strata meetings including AGMs and committee meetings
- Provide advice on strata legislation compliance and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners committees and stakeholders
- Oversee building maintenance repairs and contractor management
- Prepare and manage budgets levies and financial reports
- Handle disputes conflict resolution and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
About You
- Minimum3 years of experienceas a Strata Manager
- Strong knowledge ofNSW strata laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing properties in the Eastern Suburbs is highly regarded
- Strata Licence
