Responsible for making Welcome Calls to the customers.
Attending customer queries via calls or chat or mail as the process demands.
Communicate customers with all important details about their loan account duration charges.
Responsible for capturing feedback from the customers.
Responsible for categorizing the feedback into categories and subcategories to make it easily understandable to relevant stakeholders.
Managing the inbound support for customers which would be both voice & nonvoice.
Ensure that all interactions are first captured in the CRM.
Ensure all customer queries are properly answered and resolved within SLA.
Ensure that all communication channels are managed with protocol and timelines.
Requirements
- Candidate with at least 3 years of experience in Customer Services and similar process
- GoodCommunication skills in both Hindi English or Tamil or Telugu.
- Should be comfortable with all channels of Emails Calls & Chat.
