Job Description

Site Supervisor The Colony Area

Location: Lewisville The Colony Area

Job Summary:

The Ste Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees visitors and customers. This position will be fulltime. The Site Supervisor will lead a team of Security Officers that is responsible for checking IDs monitoring the entrance and exit of vehicles and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Security Officers
  • Maintain communications to client
  • Monitor the entrance and exit of vehicles
  • Check IDs and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises
  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents visitors and customers
  • Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid security officer license
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills
Schedule :
Monday through Friday
Pay :
$22.00 per hour
