Team Leader
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to support one of our supported living extracare services in Wallasey. This service provides support to 12 individuals with autism each living in their own apartments Our people enjoy being part of the community and getting involved in swimming going to local cafes and going on days out to Liverpool. The staff team work together to provide a home setting encouraging our people with meals preparation and looking after their home. The team are approachable and supporting of each other giving a warm friendly welcoming feel at the house.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People and support them to maintain their tenancies. The role involves first Line Leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity.

Typically a 2 week rota.The postholder will be expected to provide management cover across a 7day period covering weekends and this will form part of your normal contracted hours.
