Responsibilities
- AboveallwerelookingforareallysmartdesignerwithanindepthunderstandingofUXDesignandResearchprincipleswiththeabilitytotranslateusersneedsandbusinessrequirementsintosimpleusabledigitalinterfaces.
- Understandandprocesslargeamountsofinformationandcomprehendandsolveforcomplexproblems.
- ComfortablewitharangeofDesigntechniquessuchassketchingwireframingandprototyping.
- Conductuserresearchandanalyzequalitativeandquantitativemetricstouncoverinsights.
- Experienceconductingusabilityauditsandgeneratingrecommendationsforpresentation.
- Confidencetochallengecolleaguesandclientswithresearchtodriveanimprovedoutcome.
- Astrongabilitytoplanandmanagedeliverablesinlinewithchallengingtimescales.
- Shapedesignsolutionsthatdeliveranexcellentcustomerexperiencewhilstbalancingbusinessgoalsandtechnicalconsiderations.
- EngagepositivelyinDesignreviewswiththeteamandexplaindiscussandjustifydesigndecisionsrespondingconstructivelyandcreativelytofeedback.
- Confidentlypresentworktoclientswithclearrationaleandenthusiasmaroundtheproposedsolution.Demonstrateauthorityandconvictioninthepresentationofyourwork.
- Workindependentlyoraspartofateamofdesigners.
- ContributeyourvoicetotheagencypractisethroughsharinginspirationalresearchandideasforevolvingtheDesignprocess
Qualifications&Experience
- Anonlineportfolioorselectionofliveprojectswhichcanbereviewed.
- ExperienceofworkingwithinadigitalagencyenvironmentorinhouseProductDesignteam.
- Previousexperienceofhavingworkedonlargescaleorcomplexdigitalproductseitherwebornative.
- FamiliaritywithstandardDesignsoftware(i.e.SketchInVisionPhotoshop)withanyotherDesignorPrototypingtoolsabonus(PrincipleFramerFigmaAfterEffectsKeynote)
