This role is ideal for someone who excels in navigating evolving situations and enjoys the opportunity to help shape processes and drive design direction. Youll take ownership of your work lead design efforts and contribute to the continuous growth of our design practice.
As a Senior Designer youll play a pivotal role primarily in working as a designer on projects but also in shaping how we work. Were looking for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively building and refining designs and constantly seeking better ways of doing things. You will be a champion for design and be part of realizing a vision that aligns with the broader purpose and values of the company.

Responsibilities
In this role youll be instrumental in translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive elegant digital experiences. Youll lead UX/UI design efforts from research and ideation to delivery and iteration ensuring each product is purposeful user-centered and beautifully crafted.
- Lead and execute user research activitiesincluding interviews workshops and process mappingto uncover meaningful insights and align solutions with business strategy.
- Champion human-centered design approaches and frameworks applying design thinking to complex challenges across cross-functional teams.
- Prototype user journeys and wireframes to validate ideas test functionality and shape intuitive experiences.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and validation activities to gather feedback and refine solutions continuously.
- Translate user insights into requirements using tools such as journey maps personas and process flows to guide product development.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that balance usability and innovation ensuring visual polish and accessibility across platforms.
- Maintain and evolve design systems that scale across products and teams while ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with developers aligning on technical feasibility and ensuring that whats delivered matches the design vision.
- Be a design advocate within project teams guiding direction leading workshops and connecting design to broader business value.
- Communicate design concepts effectively not just in the context of the project but also championing the impact of great design across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers offering guidance and promoting continuous learning and team growth.
- Shape and refine internal design processes driving operational excellence and creative innovation across all engagements.
- Be a design evangelist identifying opportunities to elevate the role and value of design both internally and with clients.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5 years of experience delivering successful UX and UI design in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles with a portfolio demonstrating advanced application across a variety of projects.
- Expert in industry-standard design frameworks and methodologies (e.g. design thinking atomic design).
- Proficient in Figma Miro and other leading design and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while building systems and frameworks from the ground up.
- Skilled at facilitating design workshops and translating insights into actionable solutions.
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the evolution of internal design processes.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- Background in enterprise software low-code platforms or B2B SaaS.
- Evidence of design strategy influencing broader business outcomes.
