General Information/Job Summary
Position is to provide support for the Accounting Department
Responsibilities/Competencies
- Responsible for receiving/processing invoices and matching them to the appropriate purchase orders
- Recognize taxable and nontaxable invoices
- Provide support by performing other tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent data entry skills
- Accounts Payable experience 1 or more years
- Detail oriented accurate
- Work as a team in a fastpaced environment
- Punctuality and attendance is critical
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Maintain expected dress code requirements
**The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. **
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
- Ability to carry up to 35 pounds.
