MARKETING COORDINATOR RETAIL Upland CA
The Lewis Group of Companies one of the nations largest privatelyheld real estate development companies is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Retail division at the Upland CA corporate office.

In your role you will assist in executing the marketing strategy for Lewis Retail Centers that supports the companys digital content and trade show initiatives. Your position will be located at the Upland CA corporate office.

About Lewis Retail Centers: For more than 50 years our firm has placed retailers at the center of the action. And our track record speaks for itself: 9.6 million square feet developed to date 54 dynamic centers over 25 new projects underway and hundreds of successful retailers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Play a significant role in executing the companys website social media email and brand strategies.
  • Take ownership of updating and maintaining the companys website ensuring all content is accurate current and aligned with brand standards.
  • Contribute to the success of trade shows by actively assisting in their planning and flawless .
  • Lead the Lewis VIP app initiatives driving exceptional user experiences and maximizing customer engagement.
  • Efficiently manage contract processing for tenant events and new vendors ensuring seamless coordination and .
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners on various marketing deliverables ensuring quality timeliness and brand alignment.
  • Embrace opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and provide support to the team as needed contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.
To be successful your skills should include:
  • Demonstrate a genuine love for marketing and possess a strong curiosity about the business landscape.
  • Experience supporting a variety of marketing initiatives with an ability to contribute to content digital and marketing projects.
  • A 4year college degree with an emphasis in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 23 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
  • Proven proficiency in working with digital platforms such as Facebook Instagram WordPress and Marketo.
  • Basic graphic design experience using Photoshop Illustrator or Canva is a plus.
  • The ability to think creatively while adhering to established systems and processes.
